SKCT believes healthy society wherein all walks of people shall be in good health. But, this is far from the reality. Lot of poor people in the society are lacking good health and looking for someone’s help.

To provide good health to the poor and needy, SKCT decided to provide some relief to the poor people by taking up the following health campaigns:

Eye Camps

As Sanskrit Adage goes “Sarvendriyanam Nayanam Pradhanam” meaning eyes are very important than other organs in human body.

Keeping in view of this motto, SKCT started Eye camps wherein providing eye health services to the needy and hailing from towns and villages.

Trust has successfully organized Eye Camps and pledged to conduct minimum 1 or 2 camps every year. SKCT supports the Sri Kiran Institute of Ophthalmology Centre (A Division of Sankurathri Foundation, Kakinada), and the needy got benefited of it.

Initially, Doctors check patients and wherever required, spectacles are given and conducting Cataract and other Operations.

• Over 2193 patients (till 2019) have been treated by Doctors.
• 712 patients have been supplied with Spectacles.
• 263 patients have undergone Surgeries
